EVENTS

Twin Cities Caricatures has been part of many types of events; from birthday parties and weddings, to corporate events, and anything else you can imagine. We make any event memorable! No event is too big or too small for us, and our artists will travel near and far to spread smiles and fun at your event!

We would love to be part of your next event and create some fun art for you and your guests! You can request to have us at your next event by filling out our Event Request Form below.

We offer three setup options with different pricing levels: Traditional, Display Screens (Hybrid) and Digital. These options are outlined below. With each setup you can choose Black and White or Full Color caricatures.

Traditional

Traditional drawings are done with markers on 12" x 16" paper. There is no cost difference between black and white or full color, but because color takes a little longer, you get fewer drawings per hour. This option is $195/hr per artist, and we require a minimum of 2 hours.

DiSPLAY SCREENS (HYBRID)

This is an add-on to the Traditional setup. We set up a small camera and a 40” TV monitor to provide a live, real-time display of the caricatures as they're being drawn. Guests in line, or across the room, are able to enjoy watching the drawings come to life, which significantly increases the entertainment value! This option is and additional flat fee of $195 per artist.

Digital

Our live digital caricatures are drawn on a tablet and displayed on a 40" TV monitor so guests in line, or across the room, are able to enjoy watching the drawings come to life. Drawings are printed on 4" x 6" photo paper and a digital copy is also available for immediate download. We recommend only 1 face per drawing, and have a maximum of 3 faces per drawing. Lanyards and 4" x 6" clear pouches are also available at an extra cost. We typically draw in full color when working digitally but can also do black and white. This is option is $300/hr per artist, and we require a minimum of 2 hours.

black and white

When drawing in black and white, our artists average 12-16 faces per hour. Drawing speed depends on many factors, so we always base our estimates on the lower end, just to be safe. We recommend no more than 4 faces per drawing, but each artist determines their own maximum limit. Black and white drawings are best for larger events so that more people have the opportunity to be drawn.

full color

When drawing in full color, our artists average 7-10 faces per hour. Because color drawings take longer than black & white, we don't recommend them for larger events. There is no cost difference between black and white or full color, but because color takes a little longer, you get fewer drawings per hour and we recommend you hire multiple artists or have them stay longer.
